Performance:
Saturday, February 25, 5:00 - 6:00 pm: A brief performance by the ensembles will take place with a professional rhythm section!
Age Recommendation:
Designed for very beginners, 5th - 8th grade; maximum 10 registrants per ensemble
Class Description:Beginning trombone, saxophone and trumpet ensemble will provide beginning instrumentalists the opportunity to increase reading skills, improve basic technique and sound production, learn basic theory and improvisation, and play in an ensemble format. The ensembles will work on skills independently, but may also join together to develop great listening and ensemble skills. On the last day of class, participants will join a professional rhythm section and perform what's been learned for family and friends!
