Class Description:This class is for songwriters or bands who want to learn how to record and produce their own original music and compositions. Working with a professional producer, make your songs as good as they can be while learning about music business. This class will explore basic song structure; how to add drum or instrumental tracks; mixing and mastering recorded material; industry resources and basic music law. With finished original and produced materials at the end of the class, we will also discuss how to present to industry professionals; what is A & R and what are publishing companies looking for; and, how to shop your material
