The growth of the thriving music community in Columbus can be attributed to the scores of musicians who innovate and inspire both their audiences and their fellow musicians. Starting this July music lovers, artists, and audiences of all walks will be treated to humor, stories, and wisdom from some of Columbus' most influential musicians in an event called "Between the Notes."

"Between the Notes" is a live, 90-minute, talk-show series hosted at Wild Goose Creative the second Thursday of each month. The topic of conversation will focus on the lives, craft, and impact of Columbus' finest musicians. Following the live dialogue, the audience will have the opportunity to ask the artists questions and may even be treated to a live performance!

Serving as both creator and host of "Between the Notes" is Columbus' own Matt Monta, a notable musician and songwriter who performs across the city with numerous bands. A champion of local music, Matt also hosts the Honky Tonk Happy Hour at the Shrunken Head and serves as an advisory board member for Wild Goose Creative.
